Are you a patriot?? Now is your chance to prove it. PSA-Liberty Bells National delegate elections occurred on October 10th 2009 . An executive order signed earlier this month by President Obama forbids federal employees from sending text messages while behind the wheel. The rule applies to employees in federal vehicles and to those using a government-issued phone while driving their own cars.
