Our educational systems reward the mediocre not the passionate and yet we expect passion from those same students. Mr. Jake Frahm loan manager of Wells Fargo denies a loan modification (pushing the payments to the end) because of  disability income. This is illegal says Fair Housing of California; discriminatory on two counts: disability and source of income. Although Wells Fargo has been given an opportunity to mediation they have ignored the request. Fair Housing is forced to an investigation of Wells Fargo internal practices. This is not the first offens
