Watch: Bob Sheppard Tribute from 2000
I thought Yankees fans would enjoy this video from Bob Sheppard Day on May 7th, 2000 now that it appears the Yankees “Voice of God” will retire permanently. I am sure Yankees fans agree the Stadium has not been the same without Sheppard.
Happy Thanksgiving From NYBD
Wanted to thank all the listeners, readers, and contributors to NYBD. Today is holiday and we are going to take the day off from talking baseball. Mike Newman of Scouting the Sally gives us his take on the Mets and Yankees top prospects in the South Atlantic League.
Finally Joe Demayo gives us the latest on the Hot Stove and why the Omar Minaya of 2004-2006 may be back!
