| Description: | This blog follows my efforts to raise $13,000 to build a school in rural Cambodia through American Assistance for Cambodia. This project was inspired by a service trip to Pailin, Cambodia where I saw education in action for alleviating poverty. More significantly it was inspired by the friend I made on this trip. A particular hardworking student with big dreams named Lyhou (lee.how). He wants to go to a University and eventually the United States. With an education that could be possible. I want to complete this project to give another child in cambodia like him the opportunity to reach their dreams. |
