But you could just as easily say that the data suggests that off-street parking is priced too HIGH or more people would take advantage of it.

Funding depends on a lot of factors, including how the economy is doing and what deals for tax authority can be made at the state level. I really hope that our new exec and mayor are better at that game, though there's really no reason to be too hopeful.
I wonder how a route that used the Lakeview I-5 overpass would do. As far as I know only the 25 uses it, but it's pretty much never backed up. Broadway-Belmont-Lakeview-Eastlake?
