Woke up this bright Thanksgiving Day morning in my very serene home… with my Mom & kids in good spirits… brewed a pot of coffee… turned on Mom’s favorite Gospel singer, Walter Hawkins and feel blessed to watch my Mom, in spite of Alzheimer’s ugliness, sing EVERY word of her favorite song — Marvelous.

I am officially declaring that my GeneaTactics have gone ROGUE! Now, for those of you who believe they have already been – I warn you… you ain’t seen nothin’ yet!:-)
I am fed up with waiting for my Wilkes and Warren County “cousins” to embrace the digital age by sending me an email or reading my blog or uploading a picture! I am tired of the census “disappearing act” syndrome that so many of my Ancestors suffered from — be it voluntary or not! I am DONE with waiting endlessly for the message boards to serve me a tiny GeneaNugget in the hope it will unlock all of my family mysteries.
I say — ENOUGH!
