Open Training Platform to become a hub for Cyber Network for Learning Languages
Palabea is the only internet Platform choosen by the UNESCO and the Chinese National Commission to met last June in Shangai to discuss further the feasibility of establishing a Cyber Network for Learning Languages (CNLL).
The CNLL is a proposal introduced by China to UNESCO’s Executive Board in its 180th session in September-October 2008 aiming at advancing the learning of all languages by establishing an online platform or a “network of networks” under the auspices of UNESCO. It also aims at giving wider and more affordable access to language learning resources worldwide.
