Whether you have German roots or not, the term Oktoberfest probably brings to mind a frolicking fall festival complete with music, dancing, hearty food and special brews. Originally a celebration of the marriage of Crown Prince Ludwig of Bavaria and Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen, in 1810. The event proved so fun, it has been repeated for the last 176 years in Munich Germany. Held in October, as the festival grew it now covers more weekends,and stretches into Septem
