Best Pancakes Ever
I've been making a lot of pancakes lately, because I love them and because Wendy requests them a lot. This morning, I decided to make Pecan Spice Pancakes, a recipe I made up on the spot. They turned out great - in fact, I think they were the best pancakes I have ever made. (Here's where a picture would go, if I had managed to take a picture before they were all eaten. *ahem*)Pecan Spice Pancakes1 cup all-purpose flour1 Tbsp sugar (I used Splenda)2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cinnamondash of nutmegdash of cloves1/2 cup chopped pecans1 beaten egg1 cup half-and-half (or milk)
