The other day, I blustered into work in a frenzy...running late, having been stuck in traffic, thoroughly irritated. A fabulous client of mine, who is a yogi or yoga instructor/guru, had been waiting for me. Before I could launch into my rant, she stopped me dead in my tracks & said "Breathe."So simple a word, yet so profound. I took a moment & things fell in to place, I got my perspective back.
