We have a passion for cooking and baking and like nothing more than sitting down with a cup of tea and a good slice of cake. You probably do too?
However, finding good cakes is not as easy as you’d think. At Ginger Peach we make cakes to be eaten not packed and stored on a shelf, therefore we only use fresh ingredients, free-range eggs and no extra additives or preservatives.
We needed to make nut-free and Gluten-free cakes for our own children,
whilst developing our recipes we were asked to make dairy-free cakes. It hasn’t been easy but at long last, through trial and error we’ve created a range of truly delicious cakes and called it Ginger Peach.
