Penguins Send Admirals Sailing
The Penguins weren't thinking turkey last night they were thinking victory as they took the ice looking to get back what the Admirals took last time in our arena. Tim Wallace started the show just over half way through the first period as he took a pass from Caputi and put the puck on net. Admirals netminder Riku Helenius though he had it but the off speed puck trickled through and got the Pens on the board.

The WBS Penguins took on the Adirondack Phantoms tonight in front of 6 thousand plus fans at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza, and didn't let them down as they pushed past the Phantoms beating them 3-1.

Wolf Pack Hunt Down Penguins
Not long into tonight's game the Penguins would take two back to back penalties giving the Wolf Pack a glorious gift of a 5 on 3, and the Pack took the gift and connected on both ends of the 5 on 3 taking a 2-0 lead on the Pens early in the game.

This makes it 2 losses and 1 win so far this season against the Bears. The Pens just couldn't get it done tonight not that they weren't trying Neuvirth stopped 27 out of 28 shots he saw keeping the Pens on the ropes. Meanwhile sickness and injuries didn't help the Pens either from what we have found out Eric Tangradi was scratched tonight because of illness, and with the call ups the WBS Pens are stretched.
