Description: The PipelineB2B effort was started by 2 friends who met via social media and by chance found they were having similar challenges with networking events in Chicago – meaningful business connections were hard to find. As the fourth quarter of 2009 draws near, we have decided to do something about our concerns and need to drive business into our prospective sales pipelines. We have launched PipelineB2B as a way to engage our networks to connect small business owners, entrepreneurs and freelancers in a series of forums and events with the purpose of introductions and collaborations. Those invited to our events will be expected, as we have initiated, to open our networks and look for opportunities to help each other. There is a wealth of talent and opportunity here in Chicago, let’s take advantage of it.

PipelineB2B Sponsor – Chicago Anytime Assistants
I was thrilled when Pam Sherman reached out to me to provide a special discount for attendees of the PipelineB2B event on 10/1.  Given that many of us are juggling full-time jobs, side projects, networking and family – it is great to have a resource to lend support.  Chicago Anytime Assistants is a woman-owned, local business that has been receiving quite a bit of publicity – mentions from Chicago Sun-Times, Time Out Chicago and most notably was recently nominated for the 2009 Chicago Innovation Awards.  Their spirit of small business acumen and savvy make them a great example of the PipelineB2B movement.
