Annual Lighting of the Pilgrim Monument "Share the Light 2009"
The official Lighting Ceremony is November 25, 2009 from 5-7pm at the Pilgrim Monument & Provincetown Museum(PMPM), rain or shine. The lights will illuminate the sky through New Year’s Day 2010. The list of sponsors and their dedications will be displayed in the Provincetown Museum and on our website throughout the 2010 season. The night will feature refreshments, a John Thomas musical performance, and more. The lights will shine at approximately 6pm! Come early to brush up on your Pilgrim history. This event is free!

Provincetown , MA: The exhibition, "Second Nature", featuring sculpture, paintings, and drawings by Vico Fabbris, Susan Lyman, Michael Mazur and Nathalie Miebach, is on view at Provincetown Art Association and Museum through Sunday, November 29. The artists in this exhibition directly engage the "out of doors," bringing "nature" into the studio in dynamic new ways. The exhibition is accompanied by a color catalogue, statements by the artists, and an essay by curator Christopher Busa. First Landing Dinner - Benefit for 100th Anniversary of Pilgrim Monument
The “102 Club” will be officially launched at a dinner at the Orleans Inn on Saturday, November 21, 2009, the date of the actual first landing of the Pilgrims in Provincetown, 389 years ago. Yankee Magazine President/CEO Jamie Trowbridge will be the featured speaker of the event. The dinner has been generously donated to the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum by the Orleans Inn.
