It started with my friend Don Heeter’s “Goofy Sh*t” play list that was basically a list of covers he liked where the original had been redefined by the cover band putting their own spin on the song. One of the best things about the friends I’ve made online in the last couple of years has definitely been the music I’ve been exposed to.  Just the mere mention of any genre, like this mix and Hip Hop, and everyone comes out of the woodwork with their favorites.  Once in a while, you end up in a bar with some of your online friends, and you crack out your Shazam application, and you capture some long lost beat that you never knew existed but now can’t escape your brain.  So goes a nonstop mix that will goes out to all you head nodders.  Don’t dare turn this mix down — keep it turned up.
