"...while anger needs to be transformed into creative energy, sadness needs to be befriended. Sadness I will always carry with me to a certain extent. I need to open the constricted channels of my heart so it can flow through me to the heart of God." ~Susan Classen, _Vultures and Butterflies: L

Levellers Day

It is a two hour drive from Chingford to the small Cotswold town of Burford.  It was good to return to Kite country! We passed by Wallingford on the way.  Last Saturday Anna and I were here for the annual Leveller's Day.  The event commemorates an execution of three protesting Parliamentarian soldie

Readings From The Armageddon Dashboard

What once was broken is now fixed.  We collected the car from the garage.  I'm a pedestrian, so don't understand these things. The car is a little elderly now.  Anna had problems with the dashboard, which had been reading fifty nine degrees Celsius for days.  Gladly, a simple malfunction, not a hell
