cuttlefish are my favorite and they look like little aliens. if i had stuck with marine biology (my first major in college, after high school) i would have studied the cuttlefish, and all cephalopods, really. this includes octopuses (another favorite), nautiluses and squids. cuttlefish are interesting because not only are they intelligent but no other animal can change colors and body shape like
