The title "Ready in 5 weeks" comes from one of my previous trainers who was always amazed at the fact that I can start a strict diet and lose the amount of bodyfat I desire, in just about 5 weeks, where it might take others over double the time.
My blog is snippets of my mind as I weave my way through this thing called life. I have recipes, training, nutritional advise, stories, diet tips and some goofy stuff in between.
I am not a personal trainer, a nutritionist or a dietitian.
I have an avid interest in nutrition, fitness, weight training and health and have learned an amazing amount by reading and working with others. I hope to share some of my knowledge and make sure you avoid the same mistakes I made!
