A property and insurance company recently began using Shaker Consulting Group’s Virtual Job Tryout - a type of pre employment test - to attract, educate and engage potential candidates. The program, dubbed Agent Day in the Life, is an online experience that virtually presents a day in the life of an independent insurance agent.
