What are You Thankful For?
This week I thought I’d do a special Question of the Week Whenever I have Time in honor of Thanksgiving. Sometimes I think many of us get so wrapped up in weight loss and our own body image that we don’t recognize all the wonderful things in our lives. It’s like all we can focus on is our discontent with our bodies and what size jeans we wear.
Simply by taking a moment to reflect on things outside of ourselves can really help snap you out of that mindset. I truly think it goes back to those Core Value feeli
A Quick Sunday Recap in Photos.
As soon as I post this I’m off to bed. I accomplished so many things this weekend but sleep wasn’t one of them.
My morning started off with a bit of a scare when this scooby pajama wearing werewolf jumped out of nowhere!
We played a bit I headed to the gym. Sunday is my only gym day and it was a total sweat fest. I felt amazing afterwards.
The family decided on a big diner breakfast before starting our busy day. Here’s my egg white western omelet with hash browns and whole wheat toast.
Today I’ve been. . .
. . . a caregiver to my little man. He hasn’t been been feeling well so we camped out at home all day.
. . . a bottomless pit. Note sure what’s up with me the last couple of days. I swear I could just eat and eat and eat and it has nothing to do with hunger. It’s just a desire to consume even when I’m quite full.
. . . an Ikea assembler. Putting together 4 pieces of furniture for the new house. This one by far my favorite…
. . . a home cook.
Thursday Thanksgiving Thoughts
T minus 1 week.. are you KIDDING me? I don’t know about you guys but I’m still wondering what happened to September. Fall is flying by!
We are heading straight into holiday season and you know that that means…
food… food and more FOOD!
