My friend Jane asked the other day what had happened to my blog. No, don't worry I'm not going to trot out the old lame excuses of "I've been too busy..." truth is I didn't have anything to say.Well maybe I still haven't but I'm going to give it a go.Bye the way, I have been pretty busy ...The Street Pastors initiative in Rugby is coming on nicely with the signing of the Licence Agreement with the Ascension Trust, who administer it. We have been overwhelmed by the response from the Community Safety Partnership who really want us to do this and have stumped up the starting money and now all we need to do is fin
