Lets Lose Week 17
This week was terrible for working out, I used the holiday as an excuse, but I was pretty good about my eating.  Until Thanksgiving anyways .  All in all I pretty much figured this was a free week but today I’m back on track, going to do some exercising today, and then going for a run tomorrow morning.  Also I’m still keeping my portions down which seems to be making the biggest difference.  I need to get my water intake back up but that’s getting increasingly difficult since every time I take a drink of anything Colin wants it!  But I’ll get
