Prepping for turkey day
I haven't been posting much this week because I've been CRAZY busy with holiday plans. We're leaving for our Christmas vacation in 3 weeks (more on that soon) and driving thousands of miles always includes a bazillion preparations. My absolute favorite way to eat pesto is to slice open one of my homemade whole-wheat rolls, slather it with pesto, and top it with a nice thick slice of homemade tomato. Mmm. Honestly.
