If the recipe doesn't work or isn't off the charts great I don't blog it.Sometimes all of my collecting spurs me to create something of my own and if it turns out to be fantastic (not all do) I share that as well. This blog was originally created to share my cookbook collection with all of you. That appears to have lasted about a week after which I started sharing my recipes from every other source that I scour looking for the best of the best with very little coming from my library.
