A Note About Washing Wool
I have been noticing a lot of different brands of yarns will "bleed" color out for the first few to several washes. In most cases this bleeding is caused by excess dye in the yarn, which will be worse in darker and more vibrant colors. So I am now making the recommendation that you wash and lanolize each piece separately until you no longer notice any dyes seeping out into the water. Better safe than sorry!
