| Description: | This is a casual, fun group of people in the Northeast Wisconsin area that love to stitch (or want to learn how). Bring your own project (knitting, sewing, embroidery, crochet, etc.) or work on a community or charity collaboration that we provide. Whether your work is alternative or traditional, beginner or advanced, everybody is welcome here. The sipping part is that I will be serving wine, coffee, and water. You can feel free to bring a different beverage and a snack if you like. Also, if you have any fiber/textile books or magazines that are interesting and inspiring, feel free to bring those to the meetings as well. I’m excited to announce that the gallery has sponsered a Dream panel for the upcoming Dream Rocket fiber community collaboration organized by Jennifer Marsh and the International Fiber Collaborative. Check out this website to learn more about this ambitious project and then come to the Stitch ‘n Sip meeting to add your contribution to the panel. Our work will then be installed on the Saturn V Rocket in Huntsville, Alabama!
