I had everything going against me...
My lifting partner cancelled. You can always do more and be pushed more, it feels like, with somebody else yelling at you that doesn't have the weight on their back.
MY ipod was dead. In order to go off into a world of chains, barbells, weight plates, and sweat... it helps to have screaming and music. It's almost like white noise except with a beat and words. And having headphones in also deters people from distracting me during my workout.
On top of these things I decided to not use straps and a belt today to test my MAN GRIP and perfect my form to get a good core stabilization workout. I also used an overhan
