Macy’s rocked last night!
I have been working for almost a year with Macy’s to become part of their Bridal Registry Team. They just had a huge makeover in Kenwood, and kicked it off with a Sip and Scan last night. I was thrilled to be there and meet so many wonderful couples. The ladies there in the Kenwood store are awesome, and they really know their stuff! I cannot wait for December 9, we are being featured with our very own event. If you know of any engaged couples, or you will soon be a bride, stop in and we will create a wonderful portrait for you and your groom to kick off your holiday season.
Our 2011 Spokesmodel Search is under way!!!
Earlier than ever before we are starting our Spokesmodel Search. As you might expect, Mansion Hill does things over the top in every way, and this is no exception. If you are a member of the class of ‘11, or know someone who is, NOW is the time to make contact. We have apps on our senior web page, or call the senior hotline, 859-491-4919.
Our seniors get it all!
This is an example of the outside part of a session at Mansion Hill. We of course do a session in our studio, which will be posted soon.

I have said many time when I teach or attend a seminar, you can learn as much from the attendees as the instructor, and this was no exception. We visited several of the popular locals in town first having Dave teach the the tools needed, and then we broke into groups where myself and the other coaches took the small groups and worked one on one, practicing lighting and posing models
Holiday portraits are the best gifts!
Every year the best holiday tradition at our house is watching the kids take it all in. They get such big chuckles now about the silly things they got excited about when they were little, or listening to mom tell them AGAIN about me staying up all night trying to put the toys together. But the next best tradition is me putting on the red pointed hat and turning into an elf with a camera. We do so many sessions for our families this time of year. They proudly send out holiday cards with their photos on them, and we frequently hear the prints they gave as gifts were a huge hit. Our holiday slogan is “Give a gift that is the perfect size and color, will never get broken or returned (N
