Homebuyer Tax Credit Update! On November 6, 2009, President Obama signed a bill to extend the tax credit for first-time homebuyers (FTHBs) through June 30, 2010. I cannot believe I haven’t posted anything in awhile. Believe me, it’s not because I haven’t wanted to and certainly not because I don’t have anything to write about. I’ve just been snowed under with contracts that seem innocent enough at first glance but have time consuming incidents occur with them that is neither mine nor my clients fault. I’ve spent almost a week and a half on one alone where we have been at the mercy of a wacko buyer who has had credit issues. My sweet little sellers, the DeFoors , have been troopers through out all this. Hopefully we are out of the woods on this one and they are going to get moved into a fabulous
