Homebuyer Tax Credit Update! On November 6, 2009, President Obama signed a bill to extend the tax credit for first-time homebuyers (FTHBs) through June 30, 2010. I cannot believe I haven’t posted anything in awhile. Believe me, it’s not because I haven’t wanted to and certainly not because I don’t have anything to write about. I’ve just been snowed under with contracts that seem innocent enough at first glance but have time consuming incidents occur with them that is neither mine nor my clients fault.
