The GT Honors Program is now accepting mid-year applications
Beginning October 1st, the Honors Program will begin accepting mid-year applications from first year freshmen. Students should submit the following information to honorsprogram@gatech.edu with the subject heading of “Please consider me for the GT Honors Program” Name gtID# Semester of entry Answer the following question: “How do you hope to benefit from becoming a part of the GT Honors Program?” This information is needed by 5pm on Wednesday, October 14th. On Friday, September 25th A grade of U or S will be issued for all 1ooo and 2ooo level courses to indicate if you are currently passing the course at the “midterm” of the semester.  If you receive 2 or more midterm U’s you should strongly consider meeting with your Academic Advisor.  There are many resources also on campus to assist you with your academic success from tutoring, mentoring to workshops and counseling.  Your advisor can help you plug into these resources and offer assistance if you are considering dropping a course or change a course grade mode from graded to pass/fail.
