A good leader always gathers everyone’s opinions, but makes decision on her own. Of course I am interested in what people think, but I also have that confidence to do exactly what I think is the best. One must be more edgy than nice leading businesses. “Leadership is not a group effort. If you’re in charge, then be in charge.”

Motivation
If you must succeed – you will. It comes to everything, from learning a new language to establishing a multi million company. For many years I didn’t have motivation to learn Swedish, but now I have to. Same thing with French – before it was unnecessary, now I feel pressure to learn it. I also feel pressure graduating from HSE this year, which makes me excel in my task. Never give up. They think you are good? Exceed their expectations.
