Forget Dinner!
So the little guy requested bagels this morning. Probably thought it would be more filling than the English Muffins he had consumed two and three-fold after the lack luster showing of eating approval with the new dinner recipes. SO, today with his help on topping patrol we decided to make bagels.

Have you tried this?
Check out yesterday’s post as the reviews on last nights meal are in………. I have been trying to adapt a diet of less processed food, less dairy, and cut down big time on red meat. I have broken out my bread machine again to really control what goes into my bread and have recently found [...]

Dinner Experiment!

Ok! So, I have been away from the blog for a bit, but Cape Cod has a way of doing that to some….especially with the amazing weather and awesome spring we had this year! With the last day of school today, I look towards what to do this summer. On the Cape we are so [...]

Amazing Light
There is an essence of light on the cape and it is hard to explain. There truly is a “cape light” It is not specific to a season, I have come across it at various times in the year. It is amazing. Traveling around Brewster and Dennis on RTE 6A earlier this week photographing all [...]

Garden Therapy….Finally!
So the rain has finally STOPPED….for the moment or longer I hope! It was forecasted to have blue skies today but we can’t have it all! It is very overcast and the temperature is a whopping 51 degrees but I decided to spend the morning in the garden getting ready for the square foot gardening [...]
