So the little guy requested bagels this morning.  Probably thought it would be more filling than the English Muffins he had consumed two and three-fold after the lack luster showing of eating approval with the new dinner recipes.  SO, today with his help on topping patrol we decided to make bagels. 

Well last night’s dinner of Leftover Turkey, Smoked Gouda, Spinach and Cranberry Quesidillas was described by the big one as “heavenly”  Really, my 10 year old said that. It was super yummy and I made a side of what is toted as “the best broccoli  you will ever eat” ( and oh yeah, it WAS!) [...]

So the rain has finally STOPPED….for the moment or longer I hope!
