My doctor called this morning to say the XRays came back normal; funny since my chiropractor says it's a spinal chord injury that is why my sciatic nerve is pinched. I told the doctors assistant that I am in pain today and some days are good and some are bad; I can't really walk well today and I am not going to live in pain medication for the rest of my life... I refuse. I want to get down to the bottom of this. Oh and here's a new one - my hips are acting up and my physiotherapist wants to know why. The joints are rigid and have a hard time moving in the joints.I told the assistant straight out that I want and MRI. I'm tired of this guessing game. I p

I hate my arms. They're flappy and fat. My arms look horrible in t shirts and make me look bigger than I really am.So, I am doing something about it.I pulled out my tension band and started to use it; I am determined to get rid of the flab and show off the muscles that are crying to get out!So long jiggly arms! Heelllllooooo sculpted guns!

Today was supposed to be the last day of physio; I get back pain here and there but I know my limits and I still can't do what I did prior to the injury. I am still visiting the chiropractor and will continue to do so when my insurance coverage expires at the end of the month (luckily the province pays a $10 copay so it is not expensive).I told her about the pain that I have once and a while and if I over do it, of course it hurts. I told her that lately my hips have been hurting and sometimes it feels like the right side of the hip sits lower than the left.Yes... yes it does. PERFECT... My hip is now screwed up.
