Williams Powers FIns To Victory
With the news of lead running back Ronnie Brown being out for the season with a foot injury plus a variety of other offensive injuries, the Dolphins had their work cut out for them against the Carolina Panthers. But the performance of Ricky Williams and gutsy display by the whole team drove them to a 24-11 win and a 5-5 record on the season.
Dramatic Win For The Fins
In a game everyone expected the Dolphins could probably win, they did just that, only not without high drama. The 25-23 victory over the Buccaneers was filled with tummy-turning action.
Having lost 6 out of their last 7 games, the Bucs looked like easy pickings. But they fought back against the Fins who narrowly won the game with a Dan Carpenter field goal and only 10 seconds left in the game. In fact, Carpenter wound up being the star of the game, going 4 for 4

As expected, the Dolphins did not abandon their usual game plan against the Patriots on Sunday. With the running game and Wildcat still in place, the Fins racked up 133 yards rushing plus running back Ronnie Brown threw a 1-yard touchdown pass from the Wildcat formation. Ricky Williams also scored a rushing touchdown.
