PERSONAL UPDATE BY DEAN LETFUS Well a great big thank you to those who attended my event on Saturday. You were once again an incredible bunch of info hungry and grateful participants. The emails thanking me and wanting more help keep rolling in, all in all a perfect day. What was most interesting to me was the number of experienced investors who has been sitting doing nothing for some time. I’m excited to say they are now motivated and getting back out there again!! Capital Gains Tax So the news last night has Bernard Hickey being interviewed and labelled as a “Property Commentator”.  So good on Bernard for being cleverly marketed but he is no more a property commentator than I am a Ballerina.  And this is confirmed by the nonsense he was saying about Capital Gains Tax.  I have talked about this this before but the only way to
