Chances are if you know me, I have given you a plate of cookies or cooked you dinner a few times. I am a vegetarian who loves to cook and bake - and to see the joy giving food to people can bring. My personal culinary 'mantra' is that I cook as healthy as possible, but bake unhealthy because if you want a sweet treat, you might as well eat a sweet treat, not a cardboard replica.
