The Week that Was: A look back at #140conf London
On November 17th, people from 15 countries: (Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, UAE, UK, USA) were part of the community that helped define #140conf in London.
I enjoyed the opportunity to once again work with Jeffrey Hayzlett and the Kodak team. I thank our sponsoring partners: Kodak, BT and The Creative Stores.

Upcoming #140conf City Meetups - December 2009
Since the launch of the #140conf events, conferences have taken place in: New York City, Los Angeles and London. During the course of 2009 we have explored the effects of twitter on a wide range of topics including: Celebrity, “The Media”, Advertising, Politics, Music, Education, Public Safety and Public Diplomacy.
The #140conf events provide a platform for the worldwide twitter community to: listen, connect, share and engage with each other, while collectively exploring the effects of the emerging real-time internet on business.
Independent of the #140conf Conferences, there are now three cities where members of the #140conf community are getting together to continue

#140conf London took place yesterday at the O2 Indigo in London. In the end, 67 people spoke in 35 sessions during the course of the day. Quite a number of people from the UK media were in attendance.
