| Many of you have followed the story of my friend Emilie who died last year from cancer on Christmas Eve. As we are getting closer to Christmas, my thoughts have turned to Emilie quite a bit.At this time last year, Emilie was still fighting her cancer. Three weeks later, she died. I spent some time on her blog last night, something I still do from time to time. |

| I hope you've all been having a fabulous Thanksgiving Holiday! I've been taking a tiny bit of time away from here last few days. Spending time with my family, of course. We had a great Thanksgiving at our place, with both of our mothers as guests of honor. Today we started to Chrismas-itize the house, with lights outside and the tree inside.
