We're Here
The team arrived at the stadium (looking dapper in their Tommy Hilfiger suits might we say) and is on the field for pregame warmups. It's a cold night here is in Seattle, but that has not dettered the fans who continue to pile into the stadium in droves. There are three changes for the Galaxy who will look to win the third MLS Cup in club history. A.J. DeLaGarza, Chris Klein and Dema Kovalenko return to the bench. They are replaced by Chris Birchall, Todd Dunivant and Jovan Kirovski. Here is the full team that Bruce Arena will put out on the field.--------------Buddle-------Magee-------------Donovan-----------Kirovski-----------Beckham
Ready for Real
It's game day and there is no doubt about it; the guys are ready.
Looking Good
Kick off is just about 24 hours away and everything is set. The team will go over the final gameplan tonight and tomorrow morning but there is no more work to be done on the field until Kevin Stott blows the whistle blows to kick off MLS Cup 2009.In fact, more than 10 months after holding their first practice of the season, the Galaxy held their final one of the year today. Here are some images from that session.
