When does 'responsible drinking' end? What is 'responsible drinking' and how do we measure it? Many jurisdictions seek to define ‘drink-driving’ via use of blood alcohol content (BAC) measurements. Education campaigns associated with BAC limits then have a complete impact and behaviours change. This is what The Pedestrian 08 Campaign seeks to achieve. We define ‘responsible drinking’ as ending at a BAC of point 08. All alcohol education programs need to revolve around this message: ‘Responsible drinking ends at 08’.
