My Signature Shrimp Salad
I have a thing for salads. I love that I can be creative and put whatever I want on them - how fun is that? Here is my favorite - I came up this with this salad and it is perfect to have as a meal since there are lots of goodies on it: SPEEDY'S POPCORN SHRIMP SALAD: Romaine Lettuce Croutons Shaved Parmesan Cheese Frozen Popcorn Shrimp (I use Sea Pak brand) Poppys

Have I got something special for you! This time of year makes me want to head to the kitchen to dig out my old recipes, and also to try new recipes! I was offered "A Century of Flavor" cookbook from Nielson-Massey Vanillas for review, and I am so thrilled with it. Not only is it gorgeous, but the recipes are absolutely mouth-watering.
