I don't know why I haven't posted on this before... Seems pretty obvious to me. Thought I would share with everyone my personal (and professional) pelvic floor routine.

That, my friends, is how fast a month can go. I have various and sundry excuses for my absence-broke my toe, seem to have gotten viral-induced asthma (not terrific to have a chronic cough during H1N1 outbreak...), and started a moms club.
