HI All!  I called the store today, and after dialing the number 3 or 4 times and getting an "out of service" message 3 or 4 times, I started to get worried.  It turns out that we had been waiting for our new phone service provider to come in for several months, and they finally made it today.  Unfortunately, the communication between the old service and the new service was sorely lacking, and before we were up and running on the new service, ALL OF OUR SERVICES were canceled by the old servic
