Reframing trauma recovery as detoxing the whole system

My advice: Let it arise as it arises, because it will do that anyway. It's a process; it takes time. Notice and honor it. Document it, even -- at least write down your dreams. And it might be good to let a few people know. Ask for help if you need it, and definitely ask for support. You have mine. C
