We are working women with goals and agendas, juggling careers and families I would like to use this as my sounding board to reach out to those who are experiencing the same things that I am. |

Let’s Exchange Christmas Cards
The following is a repost:
It’s that time of year where I am starting to design my family’s Christmas card. Each year, I send a Christmas card to my family members and close friends. The card usually consists of a collage of photos of the kids or characters of some sort of all of us. Anyway, I used to belong to this message board in which members of the board would send Christmas cards to one another for the holiday and I thought I would steal the idea and do it on TCC.

My 5 yr old daughter Thanksgiving morning.
I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday. There is nothing better than family and spending time with the ones you love. This morning, I had the honor of speaking with a close friend of mine. We haven’t chatted in some time and with her living in a completely different state, it’s hard for us to catch up with one another. So when I saw my Blackberry light up with her name, I was overjoyed; there was so much to tell her and fill her in on. But from the beginning, I could tell that our conversation was going to be going nowhere.
She started the conversation out by saying that she is now working from home and started her own home based business which is thriving. I was happy for her. She always had an entrepreneurial spirit. When she asked if I was at the same job I was the last time we s
