Information

Blog Name: Theopolitical
Url: http://www.theopolitical.com/
Language: English
Topics: Theology, Politics
Description: Theopolitical occupies the tiniest niche in the vast and intimidating internet community of theological conversation. It exists for two purposes: 1) To compile a catalog of online resources for the recently revitalized field of political theology. 2) To host a blog that might range topically from the inscrutably theoretical to the impossibly pop-political (depending on the mood of the contributor). The bridge between academia and pop-culture isn’t nearly as endless and treacherous as some report; the most esoteric social theory can move worlds, for good or ill, and the most mundane political talking-point can reveal volumes about our theopolitical premises.
