Knittin' with the Lay-deez
I've taught beginning knitting -- many, many times. I have never before had students with such an intuitive grasp of the process, nor such even tension!Michelle got all the way through knit and purl, cast on and bind off, and then wanted me to show her how to finish it! I taught her the mattress seam and weaving in ends! She made a cuff. COOL!
Hot, Wet, Sudsy Feltmaking
Wet Felting class was a success. Look at all this beautiful felt these beautiful ladies made!They didn't understand why we were in my garage, until the hot water was poured and the soap was applied. See, here's the thing. It's two days. I would say you should go on Sunday, because that's when I'm going to be there. But if I were you, I would go BOTH days. That's right.
