Description:	Change. Technology. Management. As satisfying as it may be to imagine that productive organizational change can happen as the result of grand sweeping measures proclaimed from above, the reality is that the meaningful changes we witness in our day-to-day lives happen as a result of small, incremental steps taken by one or two influential change agents. Or by ourselves. A small change in routine here. A shift in attitude there. Slight course corrections along the way. Often, that is as much as is needed and all it really takes. I started Three Things to help me capture and share some of the smaller, day-to-day, easy-to-implement strategies that I have seen lead to powerful long-term improvements within organizations, large and small. The topic areas that I cover can vary widely, depending on where my consulting and teaching practices take me. They may include: * team-building * project management * “people” management * technology implementation * business strategy * entrepreneurial strategy … and possibly more. If I see something useful out there, I’ll likely be keen to share it here, even if it doesn’t fit into a neat little “category”!
