I feel silly when i lose control, like I'm not suppose to feel like I'm carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. I am the mother of one, so i shouldn't feel this way....right? But sometimes I do, sometimes i feel like a single mom because the hubby works from 2 till 11pm, I do love being a stay at home mom, but at times i feel boxed in, then i start feeling guilty when i talk about needing a break, some "just for me" time, maybe I'll take a class or join a group, something not mommy related.
