October Existing Home Sales Soar
Existing home sales in the October soar. Up 10.1%; this number was much better then expected. Sales were up 23% percent since October of 2008. Much of this makes sense, when you consider how devastating the lack of activity was last year. In addition, these home sales received a big boost from the home buying tax credit. Hopefully the trend will continue.

I consider myself addicted to social media (SM). I think it offers so much, to so many. If you are member of Facebook, take a look today at how often we are reminded about Veterans Day. It will be all over the “live news feed” until late this evening when you see posts of people getting ready for bed or talking about their events tomorrow. These positive messages will be a constant reminder of those we do not think about enough. We also read about someones graduate program completion, the first words of someones newborn baby, travel plans, engagements, weddings, and so much more.
